Back Home with a warm welcome Aarthi

After staying 5 days at hospital Keerthana got discharged and came home with little Akhil. He was not named then. He got his name only after a month.

Today I Bathed Akhilesh and after that dressed and powdered him.

Just One Month Old Baby Akhil

Taken these pictures when Akhil was less than a month old at sanamangalam.

He could barely do nothing other than shaking his hands and legs occasionally. He weighs so little and his fingers were as soft as feather. I touch his fingers and cheeks to feel his fragile soft skin.

Mother's Love with Father's Care

Mother's love is unconditional. Keerthana always keeps here awake or half asleep to ensure Akhil has a deep sleep. She wakes up every 2 hour once in the night to feed him and make him sleep in the cozy of her warmth.

Akhil is so Gifted to such a mom who cares for him and never leave him a moment alone.

Baby Akhilesh with Niranji

Niranji always admired baby Akhilesh. She used to nudge me everyday to send her some pictures of Akhilesh. If it wasn't for her, I many not got those lovely collection of pictures of Akhilesh in those moments.

Thanks Niranji for making me take pictures, otherwise we would have missed these memories that we are cherishing now.

Baby Krishna on Krishna Jayanthi Celebration 2014

Baby Akhilesh was dressed as god krishna and we marked the entry of krishna in our home with his baby feet.

Keerthana and my mom were too excited for this event. Crown was a handcrafted crown by mom. My parents both dad and mom went out for shopping to buy krishna dress and everything was kept ready a day in advance. On the day of celebration Keerthana did the decoration and prayers.

As usual I clicked the pictures to freeze these happy moments.

Baby Cool

Akhilesh is wearing Vinothkumar Glass and stunning us with his innocent style.

Vinoth came to Madurai for a short vacation from US. He visited our home to see Akhilesh for the first time and gifted two baby dress for Akhil. He also gifted me Google chromecast which was not sold in India then.

Vinoth took his coolers and made Akhil wear it a while and took these snaps using his iPhone and later sent these pictures via Whatsapp. It was a happy moment then.

Pongal Celebration 2015 - Feeding first Pongal for Akhilesh

Everyone celebrated together including Kannusamy Thatha, malar aththai, saravanan family.. All of us together offered pongal to sun god.

Then Keerthana father gave us 'pongal kaasu' kind of gift on this auspicious day. Its a tradition to give money to married couples and we fed pongal rice to Akhilesh as it was his first pongal.
